Please be aware of the delivery times noted on most items. These delivery timeframes will range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the item ordered. However, during peak shopping periods, we make every effort to shorten the delivery time to meet your deadline. If you pay by credit card, charges will be made to your credit card at the time the order is made.
Order Acceptance. The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation
does not constitute the acceptance of an order. AfroDécor, LLC reserves
the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any
item, on both an order and time basis (example: quantity limit 10, total
per month 10).
Items may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for a full
refund excluding shipping cost, please email us at Returns@AfroDécor
to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #) before returning
your merchandise.. Return postage is not reimbursed and postage will not
be accepted COD. Most items are individually handcrafted, therefore, slight
variations in shape and color are to be expected. Height, width and length
measurements are approximate but can be deemed closely reliable.
Please DO NOT send cash. All funds must be drawn on US banks.
If you wish to pay by check, please complete the Mail Order Form, print
and mail along with your payment to: AfroDécor, LLC, P.O. Box 1245,
Washington, District of Columbia, 20023-1245, USA. Merchandise will be processed
and shipped according to our normal shipping schedule after personal checks
have cleared (normally 10-12 banking days). Merchandise paid with money order or cashier's check will
ship according to our normal shipping schedule.
Alternatively, you may fax your Mail Order Form to: 202-529-5217. Fax
orders will be processed but will not be shipped until payment is received.
Fax orders will be held for 30 business days before discarding if payment
is not received.
